Shipping Fees are based on the weight of your total order. Items ship USPS with tracking included. Once the item has shipped you will be notified by e-mail with tracking information.

We ship to most countries. Base price is posted for shipping. If you would like an exact shipment price please contact us. YOU are responsible for customs charges for your country. Orders that have passed through Customs Clevotine is no longer responsible for. 

Most items that are in stock ship within 5 business days. Some items are Print to Order which can take up to 2 weeks. If you need the item by a certain date please contact us.

PLEASE double check measurements on each item as they run differently. I highly suggest measuring your favorite shirt and comparing to our shirt measurements listed for your best fit.  

Due to the nature of our custom items we do not offer returns.

We offer exchanges for unused, unworn items. 

Please contact us and let us know of your exchange.

You will need to order the correct size as a second order. 

Once I have received the original shirt you no longer want I will refund you minus the original shipping cost. If you had an order with Free Shipping you will be deducted $3.90 Items must be sent back without Dog Hair and within 7 days of delivery.
